1 Introduction & Scope

Acr365 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to an account, unless it is proven that the loss was directly caused by acr365's own negligence.

4 Deposit & Payment Policy

The following payment methods are supported for deposits on acr365: Mobile Banking, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Bank Transfer. Important information regarding deposits:

• Minimum Deposit Amount BDT 300।
• Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly or within a few minutes.
• Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used for deposits.

5 Withdrawal Policy

The following conditions apply to withdrawing winnings from acr365:

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms

7 Gaming Rules

• All game outcomes are entirely RNG (Random Number Generator) based and are not predetermined.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical issue, all bets will be refunded.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.

If a technical fault occurs in any game, acr365 reserves the right to void or restart that game. In such cases, all bets will be automatically refunded.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the acr365 platform:

• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the game system.
• Harassing or threatening other players.
• Creating an account using false information.

• Unauthorized account access resulting from the user's own negligence.

Acr365's total liability shall in no event exceed the principal amount of the transaction in question.

11 Account Closure & Suspension

Acr365 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions.
• Registering with false or incomplete information.
• Upon detection of suspicious financial activity.
• If proven to be under 18 years of age.
• At the user's own request to close the account.

12 Dispute Resolution

13 Applicable Law
